Donavon Sawyer’s practice focuses on personal injury and products liability matters. Prior to joining Becherer Kannett & Schweitzer, Mr. Sawyer practiced as a litigation associate at a mid-sized Los Angeles firm focusing on premises liability, trucking accidents, and products liability matters. Mr. Sawyer was involved at all stages of litigation and fought vigorously for Top Fortune 100, mid-sized, and small businesses.

Mr. Sawyer received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in 2010. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Sawyer placed first in the 2012 William H. Sutton Barrister’s Union Trial Competition, and he was the recipient of the 2014 Bogle-Sharp “Most Likely to Succeed in the Practice of Law” Award. Upon graduating, Mr. Sawyer clerked in the Civil and Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Arkansas. Mr. Sawyer is admitted to the State Bar of California as well as the bar of the United States District Court of the Central District of California.
