Bina Ghanaat is a versatile litigator with a practice emphasizing toxic tort defense, insurance coverage litigation, and bad faith cases. She represents parties in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation.

In the toxic tort arena, Bina has been the handling attorney from case intake to resolution for numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases stemming from alleged asbestosis, cancer, and mesothelioma.

As part of her insurance practice, Bina has provided coverage advice to carriers, litigated coverage disputes between carriers, and defended bad faith cases.
